RESOLUTION CHALLENGE #13: a movie that’s SO bad it’s good. 

the most horrifying fact about this movie is that being trans or other in any way is still treated as such a novel idea when trans people have existed since the dawn of time, just with different names. 

oftentimes we hear the phrase that life imitates art, but something i really respect about this is that this is literally ART imitating LIFE. this felt kind of like i was reading ed wood’s diary, and i didn’t hate him for it!! trying to say something SO important at the time with such little means makes this movie iconic to me. 

no one will ever do it like you!!

brb though, going to try (filming a 69 minute (heyooo) long semi-autobiographical movie to hopefully help my family get the hint that i’m sorta kinda bi though).
