Everything is terrible, so let's all watch some horror to make things a little easier. Cinemonster continues to grace the unwashed masses with his annual horror challenge.
31 films for each day in October, to be completed by the end of Halloween night. As per my tradition, all films are new to me (aside from the 2 Extra Credit films which I have already seen), so no rewatches here.
The challenge criteria and my selections are as follows:
6 Countries:
Argentina, Austria, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, UK, USA, South Korea, Spain, and Thailand are represented, for a total of 11 countries.
6 Decades:
Every decade is covered from 1940s through 2020s, for a total of 9 decades.

Warning Sign (1985)
Highest Rated (Accessible) Film from the 1950s:
The Telltale Heart (1953) is my highest rated unwatched horror film from the 50s on Letterboxd, but a short film feels like cheating, so I'll just consider it an extra while also adding the next film in the ranking that meets the criteria,

1 Film Set Entirely Inside One Location:
Annabelle: Creation (2017)
1 Invisible Person Film:
The Invisible Man Returns (1940)
1 Hammer Film, Non-Dracula:

1 Film with a Movie Theater in It.
Coming Soon (2008)
And 1 Tobe Hooper Film (There must ALWAYS be a Hooper film):
Dance of the Dead (2005)
EXTRA CREDIT: I've seen both already, but maybe it's time for a rewatch?
Cube²: Hypercube (2002) (Rewatch)
The Witch Who Came from the Sea (1976) (Rewatch)

This makes my 6th Hoop-Tober, and I relish any excuse to watch even more horror movies. As always, many thanks go to Cinemonster for delivering year after year. I eagerly await checking out everyone's lists and hopefully finding some new buried treasure.

Also, if you're making your list and need a disease movie, I cautiously recommend the absolutely bizarre film "The Carrier (1988)" if you think you want something a little different.
