Hey everyone! I'm not the biggest horror fan but I joined Hooptober last year. I didn't finish on time, but I liked the challenge enough that I finished all my movies before the end of December and ended up keeping a secret list of potential watches in the coming year. Really love the positive energy that comes from participating in this challenge, and I hope it brings some Halloween joy to an overall heartbreaking year.

How each movie fits the challenge criteria is listed in the notes. (Didn't get to pre-game any of the listed movies, although I did watch Cube in advance. Also, I finished the audiobook of Stephen King's It and may re-watch the first movie and use it as an extra point/something to help me along if it doesn't seem like I'll finish on time.) As I start watching movies/completing challenges I'll list them below.

10/13/2020 Edit: Eliminated Requiem and Candyman from my list (combo of them being harder to get and me realizing time grows short). Added It Comes at Night as husband wanted to watch it.

10/27/2020 Edit: Completed all challenges! (Extra credit included.) Doubt I’ll finish the personal choice films by Halloween but this already puts me ahead of last year.

11/26/2020 Edit: Took a little longer than I would have liked (but not as long as last year), but I finished all movies Thanksgiving Day. Happy Hooptober!
