RULES (taken from mette's Scavenger Hunt #48):
1. make a list and choose 31 films that fit the criteria of the tasks (if you are unable to follow a specific prompt for any reason, use the sub prompt at the bottom of the list)
2. most of the films you choose should be previously unseen, but it's allowed with rewatches as long as it's not too many
3. all the films (unless specified) must be feature-length (60+ minutes)
4. you can't use one film for more than one task
5. tag the list with "scavenger hunt" and "scavenger hunt 67"
6. leave a link to this list in your own list so others can participate as well
7. comment below with a link to your list
8. in October, start watching! for each film you watch, write a review. on the top of each review, make it clear that you watched this film as part of this challenge. you also have to tag the reviews with "scavenger hunt" and "scavenger hunt 67". that way others can see your reviews and it would be much appreciated if you could take the time to look at others lists and reviews and maybe give them a like or comment.
If you have any questions about Scavenger Hunts, or just want to view previous hunts, check out the master list here

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) First task of the month! This one is fairly simple! Kevin Smith is one of my FAVORITE directors and a lot of his movies are produced by View Askew so... Watch a film produced by View Askew. (Or Smodcast)
2) Time loops are a very interesting concept to me. Groundhog Day and Palm Springs are both movies I really enjoy! It's just overall a concept that I like to go see. Watch a time loop movie.
3) Watch a movie from my perfect movies list! (if you've seen all of them, watch a movie I've rated 4.5/5 or higher)
4) Train movies have always been an interest to me even though I don't like trains at all besides them as a setting. The Darjeeling Limited is a really great flick and Polar Express is nostalgic and fantastic to me. Watch a movie with a train as a major setting.
5) Screw long movies, all my homies HATE long movies. Watch a movie shorter than 1 hour and 40 minutes.
6) My friend, Bane, said he would watch a movie every day in November to stop me from nagging him to watch movies. This challenge was dubbed Ninevember and is occurring this very month. Watch a movie on the Ninevember challenge.
7) Flight of the Conchords is one of my favorite bands and comedy shows. Simply iconic. The main characters are from New Zealand and I thought to represent my love for that show, this would be a good task. Watch a comedy from New Zealand.
8) Watch a movie on the Letterboxd most popular comedy movies page that you haven't seen.
9) Edgar Wright, Kevin Smith, and Wes Anderson are my three favorite directors. Watch a movie from either Edgar Wright, Kevin Smith, or Wes Anderson.
10) Watch a movie with a View Askewniverse regular. (One that has been in 4 or more of the View Askewniverse movies. For example, Jason Mewes or Ben Affleck)
11) I am a MAJOR fan of musicals, they are some of my favorite things, and pretty much all of the music I listen to. Watch a recording of a musical (BroadwayHD is a good place for this, also HARD suggesting Falsettos for this one).
12) Alright, two pretty simple tasks here. Watch a sequel.
13) Watch a prequel.
14) Watch a movie from my Blu-Ray collection!
15) Jim Carrey gives some of my favorite performances (notably Man on the Moon and The Truman Show). Watch a Jim Carrey movie.
16) Watch one of my most rewatched movies or a film from one of my most watched directors. (Scroll til you find the Most Watched section!)
17) Samuel L Jackson is in literally everything. He has over 200 movies under his belt. Watch a movie Samuel L Jackson is in.
18) David Fincher has some of my favorite movies. I've watched 4 of his movies and really enjoy what I've seen. Watch a David Fincher movie. (If you've seen all of his movies, watch a Brad Pitt movie).
19) Movies set in one location are insanely interesting to me. Watch a movie set mostly in one room.
20) Watch a movie that is in the top 100 f word uses.
21) Watch a movie that a Community writer wrote on.
22) Community and Parks and Rec are two of my favorite TV shows. Watch a movie starring a main cast member from one of those shows.
23) Hehe Keanu Reeves is funny bill and ted man. Watch a Keanu Reeves movie.
24) Watch a movie I've watched during quarantine so far.
25) Watch a movie where either Bret McKenzie or Jermaine Clement had involvement with the music. (Or a movie where they had an acting role)
26) Watch a movie I had on one of my previous scavenger hunt lists but never watched.
27) DIE HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watch a Bruce Willis movie.
28) Watch a movie released on my birthday. (If you have seen all of these, watch a movie released in July).
29) My musical obsession returns. Watch a movie that is a musical (only adapted from an already existing musical, no originals).
30) My favorite holiday season starts tomorrow! It's Christmas time, bb!! Watch a Christmas movie.
