I remember watching this years ago and remember liking majority of it but also thinking that it was incredibly boring. So hopefully I don’t feel the same this time around.
And god what a moron I was in finding this boring at all.
Did I mention that I absolutely adore Movies based on real events idk what it is about them but it just makes me engage so much more.
And although this isn’t the truest form of a biopic mainly focusing on his love life rather than expanding on his work i still think it’s excellent.
Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones did a fantastic job
Redmayne fully transforms into Hawking with an incredible amount of depth and authenticity. He gets the mannerisms spot on and his ability to convey such huge emotions through his subtle facial expressions and body language is insanely well done.
The 3rd act drags a little bit but still very Much enjoyable because of Felicities performance.
But it wraps itself up nicely by the end.
