He’s A Perfectly Normal Boy! Hooptober XI
16/32 - Italian Films 1/4
This movie was originally conceived as a sequel to Herzog's Nosferatu with Kinski reprising his role, but production and pre-production issues made it more like something they had to release rather than a project everyone wanted.
Kinski was so terrible by this point that there was a walkout by the cast and crew who didn't come back until he apologized. What a waste of Donald Pleasence and Christopher Plummer (who is in an entirely different movie). The first star is for the idea and casting and the second star is for the cinematography. If you watch this movie, you will see shots that were recycled by horror movies for the last 30 years.
