Jan Švankmajer's Little Otik is one of the finest movies on parenthood and struggles of those yearning for that feeling but unable to exoerince it. Surreal in a beautifully tragic way, horror comedy that is silly at times but completely sincere and fantastical elements are so brilliantly portrayed. What a lovely film!
