Slappy McGee’s review published on Letterboxd:
I really didn't expect a lot from this one... but, MAN, it packs a wallop!
From the twisted mind of Clive Barker comes this GORY AS FUCK film about a photographer who follows a dude in a suit who travels on subways fucking up fools on the train.
The photograph is played by Bradley Cooper!! What?! I didn't know he was in this!!!
The dude in a suit is played by Vinnie Jones!! Jones definitely fits the part because he always looks like he's ready to go at you with a hammer.
Through in a minor role played by Brooke Shields and a cameo by Ted Raimi (who seems to be in all these films just to get gruesomely killed an collect a fat check) and you got yourself an underground winner!
And in this case - underground fits the bill for sure!
No idea the dark places this movie would lead... but I was there for it! Plus it ends up in a VERY unusual place. Which was kinda awesome. I'm not gonna lie.
This movie rocks.
