Hooptober 11: #29
That was some bonkers giallo. Loved so much of it, Sergio Martino's construction of this psychosexual occultish nightmare surrounding trauma of losing a child reminded me so much of Rosemary's Baby. I wasn't that big of a fan when the reveal happened and the the movie turning into a more generic psychological thriller but I still dug the vibe of this movie a lot. I have another Martino film planned for the Hooptober, I think I will be watching more from him soon after as well, absolutely loved his style.
