Ol' Krazy Kinski is an old Nazi dude who rents out apartments to ladies he wants to spy on and eventually kill. He crawls around in the air ducts and goes all Peeping Tom on them.

Kind of the literal definition of an old creeper.

This movie has a great ambiance to it and I love writer/director David Schmoeller's ability to maintain tone and story without losing pace along the way. Solid direction.

A great watch.
I really dug this movie... even with the silly elaborate death traps that Kinski sets up that kind of require the victim to stand in a certain spot in a certain way.

Silly, but seriously kind of gnarly fun.
