[Criteria: 1/3 films from New World Pictures]
I really don't get it, it is not nearly as funny as it is trying to be and that makes all the fucked up things that happen seem deranged and inhumane devoid of any message and its not even fraction as clever as it thinks it is. Would've actually been something interesting if it had elements of the things (empathy to start with) that make John Waters or Todd Solondz great. Hell my issue is not even about horrible people doing horrible things without remorse, my fav sitcom is It's Always Sunny, but it's the way this movie represents these people and actions as comedy without having an ounce of hilarity, makes it truly reprehensible. I now realise why Warhol is so infamous.
