Oscar Winners (Ranked) (2021)
(Best Documentary Feature)

Out of every single Documentary Oscar Winner, this one is by far the one that I’ve heard the most about but never really cared all that much to watch.
And this fully just reinforces my opinion that animals are just 1000x better than any human. 

The ocean to me is easily one of my biggest fears, it’s unpredictable, it’s dark, it’s somehow both so claustrophobic and vast leaving you with a sense of isolation and vulnerability. 
But this just changed my perception entirely of that for a good hour and a half. 

It’s a very beautifully crafted documentary, the pacing or tone doesn’t sway in any way even when talking about things of a more depressing nature. 
By far the best Doc I’ve seen that’s won an Oscar, it doesn’t beat Rise of the Warrior Apes tho. That’s genuinely the best I’ve ever seen and couldn’t recommend it enough.
