I’m really not a fan of Music or Concert documentaries by any means but this is highly rated so should be pretty good. 

And it was ;
I think easily one of the most enjoyable moments about this Doc is when the footage is being shown to the performers because they’d never seen it before they just absolutely radiated energy and their happiness just bounced off of them straight onto the screen. 

Probably my favourite Concert Documentary I’ve seen but purely because it’s so much more than that, it’s a powerful celebration of identity, self love and worth. 

If you like Concert Docs this is a must watch imo

And That’s the 94th Academy awards completed and quite honestly it impressed me more than what I thought it would from my first impression of the films I had to watch, great year for film apparently.
