He’s A Perfectly Normal Boy! Hooptober XI
26/32 : Countries 6/6, Indian films 1/2
I’m not sure I’m qualified to comment on the cultural gender statement that this film is clearly making, but as a dark folk tale that felt a bit like Dark Phoenix, this movie is beautifully shot, and at times painful to watch.
Side note: I This movie has more Hooptober with folks than any other I’ve watched this year. I know I picked it by sorting by run time on a day with little time to watch movies. Did everyone else do the same?
