Madhukar’s review published on Letterboxd:
Spectacular filmmaking, god awful politics to the point that it actually comes off as cruelly transphobic and inhumane. Brian De Palma has had streaks of problematic aspects present in his movies but it is usually not as significant to the narrative as this which left a horrible taste by the end. The Hitchcockian references as well did not land for me. A disappointing affair.
