I went into MADS without knowing too much, other than it was at least zombie-adjacent and it was all in one shot. And damn if I wasn't impressed! Once it gets going it never lets up. I would have liked more zombie attacks -- in many cases the infect just grab people and throw them down or spit blood on them -- but still, this was all done in one continuous shot, so the choreography and special effects are especially impressive.

One thing that took me out of it was that it blatantly ripped off the 28 DAYS LATER theme. It's a great tense theme but they could've been more original there. That's a minor quibble though.
