Alucarda ran so The First Omen could walk.
Bit of a sleeper hit I recon. I mean, it’s a mess, but it’s got some truely iconic outfits and imagery and Alucarda herself is deliciously unhinged. Plus every now and then the composer wakes up and noodles something synthy and badass to go with it. I was expecting it to be a bit of a trudge but it keeps a steady pace and throws enough witchy, devilish behaviour to hold your attention. By the end she drops the leg weights and goes Rock Lee on them.
The nuns are having a real hard time of it but Alucarda’s just tryna live. Bless her, whether by god or devil or “6th category demon.”
