I really don't like using this word and I actively try to stay away from it, but I feel like "The American" has left me with no choice. It was just...so...boring! Absolutely nothing of any interest happens until the last 10 minutes or so where it tries to redeem itself but even that is ok, and ok at best.

I just think they're much much better versions of the same film out there and this is 1000% skippable I'm afraid.
