Got the loudest shocked reaction I've ever heard from a hardcore horror crowd. That in itself gets a pass from me but that would be selling it short as this a meticulously crafted faux documentary piece of dread in a young expectant couple's household.

They are invited to appear on a reality show about pregnancy and have cameras follow them trough it all. An initial sense of foreboding brilliantly gives way to a whole episode edited for American television consumption. And then the rest of the footage which is, heh, not ready for the public at large to view.

Can't help but draw parallels between this and Paranormal Activity (no doubt that will have several of you running away for the hills) but that was a very effective shocker for some of us, and this is in similar terrain but brought a different bag of tricks along.

To the man who put all the horror mockumentaries on Amazon Prime then I owe you my fucking life.

A couple agree to document their pregnancy for a cheesy reality tv show but then shit goes wrong.

i have to admit that the when the first half of this was actually filmed liked a reality show, it worked for me, it felt new and different.
But when it turned to generic found footage spooky dark camera stuff I got bored quickly.

I did like the fact it lets you make your own mind up about stuff (unless I missed something obvious).

Tensely plods into evil's murky depths. A light shines, and darkness flees.
All is right in the world; BOOM 💥 goes the ending.

Que frustração. Ideia super promissora, mas o filme promete, promete e promete uma atmosfera de tensão e terror, e fica só nessa promessa mesmo. Quando algo minimamente tenebroso começa a rolar em 10 minutos... o filme acaba. Esperei ficar de madrugada, desliguei todas as luzes, estava sedenta por ficar amedrontada, só pra ver meu brilho ir sumindo aos poucos ao perceber que o filme estava avançando e nada acontecia. Me senti uma esposa que se produziu toda gostosa pro marido, se perfumou, se depilou, separou a melhor lingerie, acendeu velas, e aí o cara chegou cansado do trabalho e foi direto dormir. A capa do filme é mais macabra que ele inteiro.

I've been celebrating my birthday all day. My coworkers gave me cake and beer today! Can you believe it? Bought me a cake and I've been there only like 4 months. Great day man! After work went to a restaurant and drank some more beer, some good food, arrived home and watched Dead Snow 2. Giggled like an asshole, buzzed like a motherfucker! Then I watched this movie. Sobered my ass up quick! Has a kind of silly title and it's kind of found footage, so there's that. This starts like a Kardashian's shitty show and ends.....like I wish every show with the Kardashian's would end! It's intense, dark, creepy and it had a terrifying ending. Just seek it!

An effective mix of subtle found-footage horror and mockumentary, Delivery manages to satirize tedious reality television whilst piling on the ‘suspense’ of pregnancy as it builds to a particularly insane final act. Easily one of the best films of its kind.

i shat myself. utterly brilliant. a great original take on the found footage/CCTV horror.

Yet another film that reinforces my childfree status.
