In other words, these are the films that were once on the Underseen list, and now are ineligible for it because they have over 25,000 ratings. They are listed in order of when they graduated. This list does not include films that graduated from the Underseen list when the threshold was lower, then returned to it when it was raised, with the exception of the ones that reached the current threshold after returning. A bit confusing, I know.
