Hooptober #23: USA, 1990s, 1 something is underground film

The practical creature effects look great! I thought the baby graboids were adorable, actually. Not as much of an instant classic as the original, but still fun. New Val is an annoying downgrade, but it was nice to have Earl return. It really starts cooking when Burt comes back, although I'm a little sad that they couldn't (?) get Heather, too.
