I really dug this Italian horror flick. It takes some pretty sharp turns and twists along the way. That's what sold me on it really. Great stuff.

It also gets kind of meta and I loved seeing that here as well.

Plus... the wood-masked villains and legend that goes with them really kind of freaked me out. Worked really well on me! Some pretty graphic gore as well. YIKES!!!

Plus once you get into the second half of the second act, things get truly outrageous. It's bizarre and delightful horror to be sure.

And at the very end - as the credits happen - it goes beyond meta. Loved that.

This is a delightfully hidden gem of a flick.
