Hooptober #21: USA, 2000s, 1 of 2 post apocalyptic or natural disaster related films

Poor Cam Gigandet. Whenever he shows up in a movie my brain automatically goes, "Well, this character isn't trustworthy..."

There's a lot (too much) going on in this and it's pretty gross. Maybe long-term space travel is a bad idea?
