5 Films from Wes Craven, De Palma, and Moorhead & Benson.
Many folks think that this is Wes Craven's weakest work, but I think they're quite wrong. It's got an excellent story that is mainly based on an interesting book, creepy visuals, surreal moments, and a unique setting compared to the rest of his films which mainly take place in suburbia or in the desert. Sure, it might be his "tamest" film, but it still is a creepy film with a bunch of moments that were really tense! One thing to note, it's wild that the original cut of this movie was 184 minutes long. I'd totally watch that!
