I haven't seen this in a few years, but I was so pleased to see that it still holds up. I love Nancy and her booby traps! I also like that, although Freddy is scary and this series is probably responsible for the majority of my own nightmares growing up (complementary), I could argue that the adults in this are the real villains. Our parents are supposed to protect and listen to us, but Nancy's mom dismisses her feelings and her dad fails to follow through on the one thing she asks him to do (a reoccurring issue with the men in this, actually).
