really bad writing, terrible characters, terrible friends even, their friend dies and they just drag her into a ditch off screen and barely react
It was one of those movies that felt like it was going to be good but ended up being HORRENDOUS. I mean, it was really decent-ish up until a certain point, I even considered giving it a 5 or 6 but it was such a TERRIBLE ending...
One of the most toxic and imbecilic friend groups I've ever seen. Some of the imbecile moves in the movie:
- Her parents literally let their daughter play on the asphalt. And she dies, what a surprise.
- Kyle literally puts his pills that fell into the toilet back into the medicine chest and then takes them (you guys should have seen that toilet, that was disgusting af).

See a horror indie from the last decade or so on Tubi? Good barometer for something you won't remember tomorrow if found at a thrift. Probably ain't even worth that couple bucks. After flipping their camper, friends find a malevolent ghost, manifestations of past turmoil, and a local exposition-giver in a roadside motel left to rot. Everyone's unlikeable despite efforts to bore through dialogue. The place having no electricity seems an excuse for poor lighting throughout. Blood is seen in aftermath, so even agony fiends won't be satiated. Watched via Phase 4 Films's DVD.
Needed to bring balance to my life again. Too much good cinema.
this was confusing and boring. didn’t know what was going on for most of the movie and nothing was even remotely tense or scary.

this movie has:
- an on-screen rape
- an off-screen rape
- an on-screen attempted rape (i think? idk intentions)
- hell, probably off-screen attempted rape too since this movie is so into sexual assault for some reason
also:
- movie shames drug addicts.
- movie shames those who have attempted suicide before.
- the twist at the end is smth i feel like i should’ve connected the dots for but i’m stupid.
- the scary ghost girl isn’t even scary.
- whoever did the ghost girl’s makeup needs to get a new job
- the acting is awful, especially the guy who plays the drunk driver
- the first girl dies and her friends just drag her into a…

Went in with absolutely no good expectations so it turned out a bit better than expected
