Hooptober 9 from Outer Space
#16: 1 film with a (real life) musician or band in it
Tubi
FEAST is a fun little 2000s action horror jam with a nu metal attitude. I was pleasantly surprised to see the great Clu Gulager in this. With Clu, no role was small and he always gave it everything he had. I didn't realize the filmmaker is his son, so knowing John had Hollywood connections takes a lot of the shine off his Project Greenlight victory. But still, more Clu is a good thing regardless.
I expected the creatures to be Crite- or Gremlin-sized, but there are actually some small ones and some human-sized adults. The big ones have a cool look because they cover themselves in bones and skin of their victims, and you don't get a full look at them until the very end.
I was able to fit this into my Hooptober list thanks to Mr. Henry Rollins.
