-includes fantasy/sci-fi based on another culture’s spiritual beliefs as long as said portrayal is generally agreed to be respectful (ex pocahontas and aladdin are cut)
-includes animated/highly cgi movies if the character is explicitly a woman (read to be*) of color

*ie must look somewhat human! aliens w different skin tones may count but probably not “beastly” cryptids (zendaya being meechee :( etc)
