When the task did not focus on a specific genre, movement or performer, I used a random number generator to decide.

EDIT: Rules are meant to be broken! Since I just subscribed to MUBI for the next three months and I want to be able to see as many movies as possible from the site, I decided to turn a blind eye on the random rule and in general just substitute them with a film accessible via MUBI if possible. I'll keep all the original movies at the end of the list, in order to go back to them if I have the time.
