Todd Field's direction and Cate Blanchett's performance are top notch. I found every scene to be captivating as we spiral down the labyrinth of an egomaniacal narcissist. I'm always intrigued by a film that focuses on the role of the "villain" and stays on them for the entire picture. A great character study and amazing cinematography by Florian Hoffmeister.
