Absolutely reeling at the revelation that the original choice for Pennywise was...Harvey Fierstein.
It was barely mentioned in passing here, but it was jarring enough for me to literally blurt out "excuse me, WHAT?" to no one in particular while sitting alone in my living room.
Imagine. My God. Just imagine how different everyone's childhood trauma involving this miniseries would be if that initial casting decision was followed through on.
Ugh. Robbed. I feel robbed. Do it over.
