Café Flesh is gloriously stylized, often campy, science fiction pornography, set in a world in which the "Nuclear Kiss" has rendered 99% of humanity "Negatives", are unable to engage in physical intimacy without violent illness. The other 1%, who can bang until the cows come home (they're called "Positives"), are compelled to perform in sex clubs for the Negatives, offering catharsis-cum-torture for the those now allergic to doing anything other than watch.
