How come Asia has some of the most creative and awesome crime thrillers on the market?

My list:

Well every year during the Hooptober challenge, I get to experience at least one great Asian crime thriller. Cure seems to be delivering that this year. I don’t want to delve into a spoilers, but this movie gets right to it. The mystery is intriguing, even though short lived. That doesn’t mean the interesting stuff is done with. The film only gets crazier and deeper. We follow a detective caring for his sick wife will trying to solve these strange serial murders perpetrated by different people. The story only gets stranger from there.

Again to avoid spoiling I won’t go any further. You can also expect some great realist cinematography. Feels very matter of fact. Uncomfortably so.

Check it out especially if you’re into those hard crime thriller movies.
