Wow I loved this. Love how James Bond III embraces this era of NYC culture and injects it into this horror story. That he takes his faith and pours it into Def By Temptation. 

The soundtrack? Slaps. 

The lighting and cinematography? Ernest T. Dickerson is an absolute king. 

But here’s the thing: my favorite part of this is the performances. Bill Nunn is so much fun here, but James Bond III and Kadeem Hardison are so unbelievably good here. Some of their line deliveries feel so authentic that it almost feels like a real conversation between two longtime friends. 

It’s awesome. Watch it.
