The sand sharks look like a 1980s skateboard decal.
A planned festival in the sand is interrupted by sharks that can move through sand... attempts at humor and horror ensue. For a film like this to succeed it needs either witty dialogue, funny action, or elements that are so bad they become entertaining on their own. Sand Sharks has the most generic shark writing possible, boring and incredibly sparse action, and just enough competence to be completely uninteresting.
It's a no from me.
Jaws proves to be the greatest thing to ever happen to the film industry once again.
Why should you skip this movie?
They cast Brooke Hogan as a shark specialist.
The 'shark specialist' later says the mother shark will be looking for her pup. Ummm, sharks do NOT look after their young. Worst. Shark specialist. Ever.
Other shit happens and all of it could be listed as a good reason to skip this movie.
The best moment is when a girl gets bitten in half, the man helping her confesses that he loves her, and her dying words are, "You're a jerk."
Otherwise, fuck this movie. Fuck this movie in the ASS, man.

Mehr braucht man, über diesen Hai-Horrortrash aus dem Jahre 2011 nicht zu Wissen. Regie Mark Atkins.
Im Cast: E.S.Woods, V.Evigan, B.Hogan die Tochter von Hulk Hogan, C.Nemec der Coole von der Schule, R.P.Daniel und Edgar Allan Poe IV.
Das ist wieder Hai-Trash, der weh tut. Die Effekte sind wieder sehr schlecht und werden meistens nicht lange gezeigt. Die Charaktere sind Trash typisch dumm, und ihre "Dialoge" einfach nur zum Kopf schütteln.
Es gibt haufenweise Anschlussfehler zu betrachten, und die "Handlung" ist Hai-Trash würdig. Von der Stadt sieht man nur den Strand ein paar Nebenstraßen…
