Cowboys vs. aliens, the supernatural, vampires, robots, cannibals, monsters, "Phantom"-type villains, werewolves, time travelers, ghosts, witches, dinosaurs, satanic cults, zombies, lost supercities, etc., etc. If it wouldn't end up in a normal western, it's here. (Even half-baked mysticism...)

Even if the otherworldly element is faked by someone in the film to steer other men away from the hidden gold, it's here. It's not as fun in the end, but it appears on this list.

And even if the western portion of the film is only for a short visit to the era, it will still appear here. Likewise for western characters appearing in modern settings, or remakes of western films in space (i.e. Outland). Oh, yeah... and sometimes the "western" setting might be in Africa, Asia or Australia... deal with it. As long as it has a "weird" or "psychotronic" element. My list, my rules...
