Films I've watched for the challenge are listed here

There are three weeks where I am going to break the rules:
* Week 22 as it's a fairly safe bet that I won't want to watch a Best Picture nomination. I will either watch one of the nominations for foreign language film or a previous best picture nomination.
* Week 23 as I don't enjoy watching bad films deliberately. I do however enjoy The Best of the Worst so will watch a previously unseen episode of the series.
* Week 31 as I'm not particularly interested in Takashi Miike and think there are lots more interesting Japanese films and directors to investigate

I probably won't watch anything in it's allocated week but will try.
