With budgets below the A's and the B's (even the C's) these are really low budget (sometimes no-budget), cheap interesting films made for nothing, that everyone must watch.

Movies made with incredibly limited resources. Some are bad like the animated rip offs and the Cinema Snob movies but most are solid films.
