This year I am bending the Hoop-Tober "rules" to watch 31 horror films that I simply want to see. I've followed the guidelines in spirit, and where I've modified specific tasks, my changes are indicated in the NOTES. The list is in rough chronological order.

Truth be told, I've seen all of the Tobe Hooper films I want to watch, but I've included one anyway, just because it's still Hoop-Tober. I've added some Wes Craven and Stephen King, too; wouldn't feel like Halloween month without them. And I have added one Bonus Film that fits none of the criteria.
