Polish Film School (World Cinema Movements #11)

I'm pretty sentimental about the Polish Film School movement. I'm natively polish, and therefore have a strong connection to these movies. But its also because most of these movies are hardcore masterpieces that disobey all other schools of thought in Europe at the time. Its the relative polar opposite of Cinema Novo, and it rocks, with classics by Roman Polanski and others.
