Loved this last year, hopefully gonna enjoy it just as much this year except I won't have my boy Darren by my side.
Started the list by looking at films I have on DVD, recorded, downloaded etc that I hadn't gotten around to and then started looking at how to meet the criteria. So as I go through each criterion you'll see how my list is pulled in certain directions. To be perfectly clear, a lot of it is American and fairly recent, the majority is either American or British and is in the past four decades.
6 sequels -
Easily passed with most of the Nightmare series, Evil Dead series and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.

Easily passed with most of the Nightmare series, Evil Dead series and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.
6 countries -
Most of the films are American, some are British, Antichrist is Danish, Raw from France, Bad Taste is from New Zealand and Razorback is Australian. Sadly no Asian cinema, must be corrected next year also would like to include some German expressionism next time too.
6 decades -
Not a problem, no films from the 40's or 50's though...
6 before 1970-
In chronological order, The Old Dark House, The Invisible Man, Bride of Frankenstein, The Nanny, Quatermass and the Pit, Rosemary's Baby.
6 from select directors -
Easy peasy, New Nightmare by Wes Craven, The Evil Dead trilogy by Sam Raimi, three by James Whale and Thinner by Tom Holland.
3 people eating people (non-zombie) -
What an interesting criterion; Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Raw and 28 Days Later.
1 Terrible Oversight -
Rosemary's Baby (So excited!!)
1 Hammer Horror-
Why just one? I'll give ya two! The Nanny and Quatermass and the Pit.
1 Romero Dead Film -
I've seen his original trilogy so Land of the Dead it is, I would like to see the rest of the second trilogy but this list is already too long.
2 Tobe Hooper Films -
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 has helped me tick a lot of these off and it's on Netflix too score! Also gonna watch Lifeforce.
Feel free to check I've met all the criteria, good luck to everyone.
