- The Uninvited (1944)

6 decades:
- There are films from the 30s, 40s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and the 10s on my list.
Review them all and use the Tag "HoopTober4.0" so we can read each other's stuff.
***FOR THOSE THAT LIKE TO DO EXTRA WORK: WATCH THE ORIGINAL AND REMAKE OF "IT". YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHOUT OUT IN NEXT YEARS HOOP-TOBER. JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUVE FINISHED ALL 33***
Clearly one film can satisfy multiple criteria. (Though I made it a little harder for myself and didn't let the criterias "6 sequels", "6 countries", "6 films by ... (I took one each)", "3 people eating people", "1 Hammer Film", "1 Romero Dead film", "1 terrible oversight" and "2 Tobe Hooper Films" overlap. That's why I have three Tobe Hooper films. TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 2 falls under sequels.
So that's 26 films. Since I didn't want to review 40 films, instead of 33 I had to stop somewhere, so the criterias "6 decades" and "6 films from before 1970" could overlap with themselves and the others. Since those already included films from more than 6 decades and four films from before 1970, I just had to add two more to also fit this last criteria.
That's all in all 28 films, so I had some space to add 3 more just for fun.
Also on my list the "6 countries" criteria means 6 foreign films, so no productions from english-native speaking countries, yet each from a different country.
I hope this all makes sense.)
Viewing and reviewing will begin at 12:01am cst on Sept 15th.
So if you want to join us during Hoop-Tober 4.0, please create your own Hoop-Tober-list, featuring at least 31 films that go by the rules, and post a link to it as a comment on Cinemonsters original list, which you can find here!
HAVE FUN!!
