Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Way of the Warrior
★★★★★ Liked Rewatched

Getting to watch the show I love with the man I love is such a sincere pleasure. When my boyf asked to watch this show because it means so much to me is a gentle reminder of how much he values me and is curious about what I love. Deep Space Nine is one of the best shows to ever exist. I’m lucky to live in a timeline where I get to rewatch characters like Capt. Sisko, Jadzia Dax, Garak, and Kira Nerys.

Die My Love
★★½ Rewatched

"Every time a white actress poorly appropriates Gena Rowland’s raw-nerved, generational talent in A Woman Under the Influence they are subtly arguing that there is nothing more to be done with madwomen. Poor Things
Rewatched

Marty Supreme
★★★ Watched

Much to ponder. Timothée is committed as hell, his energy never ending and all consuming. An intriguing counterpoint to Gwyneth Paltrow’s chilly haughtiness. Shame the rest of the movie. I’m mixed on the performances of the cast overall and especially the characterization as imagined by its co-writer/director. Adrenalized yet strangely boring for long stretches perhaps because every character is a means to shore up Marty’s extravagant ego or create an obstacle that tests the selfish lengths he is willing to…
