Having recently watched my 999th film (by the criteria listed on my profile page), I decided I had to do something special for my 1,000th film.
Initially I thought the best thing to do would be to watch something I'd never otherwise watch, something I actively want to avoid. But then I couldn't narrow that list down to just 1 film and ended up with a handful of disparate options. So in the end, I decided to go all in and embrace all the trash that I don't want to watch but am too curious to avoid.

So in the end, I decided to go all in and embrace all the trash that I don't want to watch but am too curious to avoid.
So, for the next week or two (time permitting, I am also studying for university exams until the 24th May), I'll make these 10 films the next ones I watch, all in celebration of passing the 1,000 mark. In between, I may end up watching things in the cinema or finishing off my Tarkovsky marathon (only Nostalgia and The Sacrifice to go), but otherwise this is my top priority watchlist.
