Our team assisted with the subdivision plat of the 1.75-acre downtown property. Utilization of the existing structure required coordination with architect, contractor and developer throughout the design and construction process to coordinate building encroachment issues, new utilities, easements and bringing existing structure up to fire and ADA code.
