Crosspoint is a 53-acre residential subdivision located in Peoria, Arizona. The project was previously engineered by another firm, however, the approved plans had expired prior to construction. Bowman was retained to update the existing plans to bring them current with city requirements. Bowman provided updated water and sewer design reports, and grading and drainage plan to make a site adjustment to reduce the amount of excess dirt on the site and to provide a better earthwork balance. Bowman also provided civil improvement plans for the half street improvements on Butler Avenue and 89th Avenue that included median, grading, paving and striping plans. The City of Peoria was working on a capital improvements project for 91st Avenue, which required additional coordination with the City to match entrances from Crosspoint with the City’s plans.<\/p>\n\n\n
