Executive recruitment requires a more custom approach, and one requirement is to distribute a candidate job pack for each role. These packs offer a brochure-like summary of the role and key organisational information.

NFP Consulting wanted to raise the design of their packs, to give them a competitive edge by emulating the brand of the recruiting organisation (their client). However, as a small recruiter this wasn’t something they were able to do in house, to the level they wanted to achieve.

Our solution

Having worked with NFP Consulting for many years on their brand and website, they asked us to help design and produce these on an ongoing basis.

Using a semi-templated approach, we have developed an efficient, fast process to supply these custom packs for NFP Consulting on an as-needed basis.

With supplied content and client brand assets, we customise a standard pack layout and page plan to each end client, for every pack produced.

Each pack is an interactive PDF, complete with clickable contents and navigation. The result is a highly professional, customised approach to each job pack.
