- It perfectly assists with schedule updates while traveling. I simply showed the app screen to the staff at the reservation location, and they provided very friendly service for both dropping off and picking up my luggage. My schedule involved traveling from Cefalu to Palermo during the day and taking a ferry from the port at 8 am; I was able to drop off my luggage during the time before boarding and travel comfortably.
