Borderlands 4's Interactive Map offers a comprehensive guide to items, locations, and key points of interest across Kairos. As you explore its diverse landscapes, face off against enemies and bosses, and uncover the mystery behind the Paintress, the map serves as a valuable tool to track your journey. It updates progressively, revealing new areas and secrets as you advance through the story.

Borderlands 4's features a wide variety of locations, each with its own distinct atmosphere, enemies, bosses, and hidden secrets. Every area you discover within The Continent feels like a self-contained world, what may seem small from the outside often expands into a much larger and more intricate space once you enter. In total, there are 14 primary locations to explore, all of which also follow the progression of the main story. As you advance through the narrative, these areas will gradually unlock. The 14 main locations are listed below:

VIP Members will also be able to see their completion rates and keep track of all items per category by marking them on the map. This feature is the best option for players who want to keep track of their progress while exploring Kairos.

Borderlands 4 Map Changes

 Kairos is the primary setting of Borderlands 4. It's full of exploration opportunities outside of the critical path. Here are a few things to note that are different from previous entries in the Borderlands series:

• Seamless World: There are no loading screens in between regions as in past Borderlands entries. Kairos is a wide-open world.
• Map Size: The map greatly exceeds the area of any past Borderlands map which ultimately lends to the exploration component of this title.
• Compass: Your HUD no longer displays a minimap. Instead it uses a compass which highlights points of interest using the same icons you'll find on the map.

Borderlands 4 Map Features

You will be able to track the following map locations by using the Bordlerands 4 Interactive Map:

• You can use the search bar to find what you need using partial keywords.
• You can filter the map to show a specific category by clicking on the name from the list of categories on the left-hand side of the map.

• You can tick the box for Mark as Completed if you've discovered a specific pin on the map.
