Usually, the development programs are financed by internationally operating NGO\u2019s or directly by governments of participating countries. Here is a small taste of the programs that we have been involved in:<\/p>

In Ethiopia, we worked in collaboration with the CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) to create and implement export marketing programs. A completely new branding strategy was designed for the national industry.<\/p>

In El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras, we worked in collaboration with the government of The Netherlands to design and implement a series of interventions aiming at improving the international competitivity of the coffee producers in these countries.<\/p>

For the Republic of Yemen, we co-wrote a strategic analysis of the Yemeni coffee industry and we were instrumental in making recommendations for the future development of the coffee industry in this fascinating country.<\/p>

In El Salvador, Boot Coffee was responsible for an extensive export promotion program in collaboration with the national coffee industry with financing from USAID (United States Agency for International Development).<\/p>
